De Zeekoe offers a wide range of activities on the farm, that is why a 2 night or more stay is recommended to enjoy De Zeekoe as well as the surrounding area.

Guests can explore daily life on the farm from the back of a 1958 tractor. Learn more about this working African farm with its modern equipment, ostriches, springbok, cattle, sheep and alfalfa fields. Doing this by horseback brings you even closer to nature and you will have the chance to view our overlapping flower zones.
Our famous wild meerkat tours offer the unique opportunity to see these animals that are part of the shy 5 in their natural environment.
Biking and hiking are two other favourite pastimes guests enjoy at De Zeekoe. The nearby mountain passes and safe roads present the adventurous and fitness fanatics with the perfect setting for releasing all that bottled up energy. This area is also a 4x4 lover's dream destination.
Canoeing on the Olifants river, fishing and 162 different bird species that call this area home.
The distinct call of the pair of fish eagles who reside here can be heard daily. The Spotted Eagle-Owl has a regular get-together with owner Paula - an ideal photo opportunity.
Guests can also visit the private game reserve that is situated near De Zeekoe, where they can experience Africa in all her unspoilt splendour while walking freely amongst the African game.
Nothing beats an invigorating dip in the sparkling blue saltwater pool, relaxing afterwards in one of De Zeekoe's deckchairs surrounded by natural reeds, is the perfect way to end a great day.
